There is now a bed that adjusts itself to prevent snoring. It can raise or lower the head or the foot and is managed by a programmable remote control. It allows adjustments for sleeping, working, or reading. Its remote control has an anti-snore pre-programmed position that raises the head helping breathe easier. This position could be used also for avoiding acid reflux, in which gravity helps to keep the food matter from returning to the esophagus.
